物理设计工程师
Overview
1、负责RISC-V CPU处理器、AI处理器的物理设计、模拟/数字处理器综合、DFT、版图设计，PPAC优化、全定制设计、先进封装等新技术探索工作。
2、编写各种设计文档和标准化资料，执行公司的开发流程、规范和制度。
3、工作任务包括但不限于：
a)处理器综合、 DFT、STA、处理器测试及量产等。
b)从门级网表到 GDSII 的后端物理实现、数字/模拟处理器版图设计，包括PR、PV、IR Signoff，PPAC优化、Sta/Spice Signoff等。
c)处理器设计流程开发、In-House EDA工具开发、处理器良率跟踪与优化。
