职位描述：
1、作为模块核心开发工程师，与客户、项目经理共同进行需求沟通和分析，制定技术方案和实施方案，与项目团队一起实现客户需求；
2、从技术角度引领开发团队完成模块的迭代开发，确保模块交付的质量和进度；
3、具备软件工程化知识，负责编写模块及相应产品相关的技术类文档；
4、对初级开发工程师进行技术指导，以促进团队技术进步。
任职要求：
1、全日制大学理工类相关专业，本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位，五年以上web平台开发经验；
2、精通Java及关系型数据库，熟练掌握多线程，IOC，AOP，ORM等开发技术；
3、熟悉SpringBoot、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus、Redis、RabbitMQ、RPC等框架与中间件；
4、熟练掌握IDEA,Maven,Git/Svn等工具的使用；
5、熟悉CI/CD、DevOps并有相应使用经验者优先，有相应开发经验者更佳；
6、有达梦/神通/人大金仓等国产数据库使用经验者优先；
7、有Python、DOORS DXL使用经验者优先。
