RF/FC ASSY TEST PLANNER

ASSY/TEST PLANNER Job Scope: · Ensure all manufacturing planning and scheduling activities are carried out efficiently to meet all customer deliveries on time. · To adapt and willingness to learn the Resource planning report, Manufacturing execution system and Assembly/Test scheduling system. · Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate input and output per the available capacity and demands in order to achieve on-time shipments to customers. · Manage and monitor production line Work-In-Process (WIP) materials. · Ensures die/piece part/raw stock are available to meet manufacturing build requirements. · Monitor and analyze delinquencies and Factory-On-Time-Delivery (FOTD) to avoid customer line down. · Apply planning knowledge to conduct deep dive root cause analysis and drive actions to improve planning results. · Familiarize with planning parameter/execution systems (VSOR, TMDB, BOM, Agile, Lot Master, Genesis). · To support all expedites needed by PPF (Product Planning Fulfillment) in supply chain organization. Qualification: · Preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning or Operations Degrees. · Experience or Fresh graduate in any discipline could apply as well. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Brio Query. · Good communication skills both verbally and written (especially in English). · Ability to work both independently and within a team. · Able to learn new software/programs as department needs arise. · Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing and SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage More information about NXP in Malaysia... #LI-633a
