Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PMO initiatives and projects. • Translate business needs into functional requirements and process documentation. • Support the development and enhancement of PMO standards, methodologies, and processes. • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance. • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. • Provide analytical support for portfolio planning, resource management, and risk assessment. • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and communicate insights effectively. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO, program management, or project-driven environment. • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Jira. • Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
