Customer Program Manager - SW

- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead customer SW programs from design-win through Mass Production (MP), tracking schedules and negotiating requirement changes as they arise. - Strategic Technical Communication: Lead technical communication and requirement definition through customer meetings and site visits, responding to technical queries promptly. - Deliverable Management: Plan and manage customer deliverables, including SW package planning and quality, with internal project teams. - Issue Tracking & Resolution: Manage customer support accounts and coordinate issue tracking and assignment across internal teams. - Stakeholder Management: Maintain and develop relationships with customer project stakeholders and decision-makers, while collaborating with internal teams and Sales to identify new business opportunities. - Market & Product Insight: Share the latest customer information with internal teams and maintain knowledge of product specs, market trends, and customer requirements. #LI-NOPOST
