NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to advance our Customer Trust program. You will shape how we demonstrate our security posture to customers and help the program scale as demand grows.
What you’ll be doing:

• Trust Package Strategy: Advance the trust package as our primary proof of security posture. Shape how it evolves as customer expectations change.
• Customer Audits: Lead our response to customer audits and complex assurance requests.
• Contract Engagement: Partner with legal, procurement, and security team members on contract security provisions. Help resolve non-standard terms.
• Trust Center Development: Apply trust center experience to build and enhance NVIDIA’s internal and external trust centers.
• AI-Enabled Response: Use the program’s AI automation to respond faster. Apply security expertise to validate output before it reaches a customer.
• Knowledge Ownership: Keep the knowledge behind customer responses accurate and current. Scale the program through reuse.
• Program Improvement: Identify where the program is constrained. Drive improvements to process, standards, and tooling with partner teams.
• Insight & Influence: Turn customer trust activity into insight for leadership. Inform product, certification, and assurance priorities.
What we need to see:
• Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity, focused on customer assurance, security compliance, or audit support.
• Customer Assurance: Demonstrated experience responding to security questionnaires, RFP and RFI security sections, and due diligence requests.
• Framework Fluency: Solid understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF 2.0, SIG Core, and CSA CAIQ, including how controls map across them.
• AI Tooling: Comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
• Data Skills: Strong Excel skills. Working Python or SQL ability for reporting and data cleanup.
• Systems: Proven ability in operating ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems, together with SharePoint, Confluence, or Jira.
• Reporting: Ability to build program dashboards and turn operational data into recommendations for leadership.
• Communication: Excellent written communication influence across security, legal, privacy, and sales teams.
• Judgment: Sound handling of critical security documentation, NDA obligations, and external sharing decisions.
• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology or relevant scientific field required.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas: CIPP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CCSK.
• Hands-on experience with questionnaire response and trust center platforms.
• Experience supporting customer audits or certification programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
• Experience curating a knowledge base that feeds an AI-assisted response workflow.
• Background supporting enterprise sales cycles where security review gates the deal.
