We are seeking an experience engineer with background on device characterization and spice modeling for advanced process nodes. Job responsibility: • Qualify spice model and track S2S from Foundry • Perform a wide range of device characterization and analysis for process and device evaluation/benchmark • Generate in-house model customized for internal requirements • Provide consultation and guideline for device and spice model for designers
