岗位职责： 1、负责射频相关电路的规格提取，电路设计，仿真，验证和测试，控制流程中存在的风险； 2、辅助系统工程师完成产品的测试和后续量产工作； 3、撰写电路设计，测试和debug等相关文档。 任职资格： 学历：硕士或以上； 专业：微电子学，集成电路设计，电子科学与技术，通信与信息系统等相关专业； 1、在模拟，混合信号及射频集成电路设计方面有较好的理论基础； 2、熟悉射频IC设计流程，熟悉Cadence，SpectreRF，ADS等EDA工具； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作态度认真踏实； 4、在LNA，PA，mixer，LO等方面有设计经验者优先； 5、有蓝牙、WIFI相关模块的设计经验者优先。 工作地点: 珠海 深圳 成都
