The role will lead multifunctional teams, align stakeholders around common objectives, identify and resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and establish the governance and accountability required to sustain execution. The successful candidate will be a strong influencer with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge constructively, and mobilize teams toward results. Preferred Qualifications: • Senior project/program or value stream leadership experience • Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority • Strong business and operational acumen • Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex projects/situations • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • A results-oriented mindset — comfortable owning outcomes, not just coordinating actions • The ability to bring structure, rigor, and accountability to ambiguous problems • The person needs to have deep understanding of operational concepts (ex.: bottleneck, WIP management, manufacturing flow) RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
