Sr. Product and Test Engineer

In order to drive our next phase of growth in Cellular, Compute, AI, and Modem Technologies, we are expanding the Product Engineering organization.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to • Validation and debug of new silicon • ATE HW/SW development • Characterization of device performance over process and operating conditions • Cross functional engineering collaboration to develop test methodologies for advanced packaging technologies • Releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production • All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity in their teams, and in the Company.Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field • Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs • Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing • Experience with testing Advanced package technologies • C/C++, Perl, JMP • Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements • Strong analytical/problem solving skills • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality workEducational Requirements • Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field • Preferred: Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $111,300.00 - $166,900.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
