Specialist Payroll Services

Responsible for maintaining payroll-related data in the payroll system. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions. • Handle tax clearance submissions for leavers in accordance with tax regulations. • Manage and administer time and attendance systems, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records. • Gather, analyze, and prepare time and attendance reports. • Handle employee payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner. • Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and recommend improvements where necessary. • Support change requests whenever required. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year in payroll administration. • Candidates with a Diploma must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience. • Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems. • Basic understanding of statutory requirements and the Employment Act. • Able to work within tight timelines. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
