What You’ll Do As a summer intern at Nordic Semiconductor, you will: • Work on real-world projects that contribute to the development of cutting-edge wireless technologies. • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers to design, develop, and test innovative solutions for IoT and short-range communication. • Gain hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (LE), Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies. • Participate in brainstorming sessions, prototyping, and testing to bring ideas to life. • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field. What We’re Looking For We are seeking talented and motivated students who are: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Cybernetics, Computer Science or a related field. • Passionate about wireless technology, IoT, and embedded systems. • Skilled in programming languages such as C, C++, Rust or Python (experience with embedded systems is a plus), or skilled in cross-platform development in React or mobile application development for Android or IoS. • Interested in tools and concepts such as signal processing, control systems, or RF design. • Interested in on-device (edge) AI development, deployment, and acceleration in the context of real-world use cases. • Interested in use of AI in embedded development and verification.
