Senior Staff Engineer

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Drive product characterization, electrical validation, and reliability qualification activities. • Investigate production and customer return failures through data-driven root cause analysis. • Lead yield improvement and test optimization initiatives. • Perform ATE-to-bench correlation and electrical failure analysis. • Support manufacturing transfers, fab qualifications, and cost reduction programs. • Develop and enhance test methodologies to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. • Enable derivative product bring-up and support new business opportunities. • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related area. • Strong understanding of RF and Analog Mixed-Signal architectures, circuits, and performance characterization. • Hands-on experience in semiconductor characterization, reliability testing, yield enhancement, and failure analysis. • Expertise in ATE, bench validation, statistical analysis, and data-driven problem solving. • Proven ability to lead technical investigations and deliver impactful business results. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven individual with the ability to manage priorities, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
