Principal Engineer Digital Design

Join us as a DFT/DFX Technical Lead and drive the test architecture strategy for next-generation multi-phase controller solutions. In this role, you will define and implement advanced Design-for-Test (DFT/DFX) methodologies, establish industry-leading verification flows, and ensure compliance with stringent automotive quality standards. Working alongside global cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership, shape product quality from concept to silicon, and enable the development of cutting-edge power management technologies that power tomorrow's intelligent systems. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Lead the DFX topic for the Multi phase controllers targeted for Auto and Humanoids • Define the DFX Architecture and Verification of the DFX features • Top Level Integration • Analog Patterns flow establishment • SPyglass flows for Early Detection of DFT coverage loss • Develop DFT constraints in alignment with CIC team • Establish flows to meet the Auto Standards for ex. Fault sims • Technical guidance to the DES DFT team Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Strong experience in DFX of Mixed Signal chips • Ability to driver DFT Arch and be a bridge between Digital Design team and DFT • Implementation team if DES #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
