• Stay informed about relevant technologies, features, and processes, and incorporate updates into training delivery.
• Use feedback and relevant measures to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Create a supportive learning environment, encourage questions, and adapt your approach to help learners understand and apply key concepts.
• Guide hands-on activities and provide constructive coaching that supports learners’ development.
• Share feedback on course content with the wider Learning team to help keep training consistent, relevant, and effective.
• Contribute to procedural change-management activities and embody Microsoft’s culture and values.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support learning through a range of delivery methods.
• Ability to meet applicable Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Background check requirement: This role requires a Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Demonstrated experience in datacenter or IT operations across relevant functions.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and organizational leaders.
• A technical training certification, such as CompTIA CTT+, an equivalent qualification, or the ability to complete a relevant certification within six months of hire.
• A relevant industry framework or technical certification, such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, CCNA, MCSE, or Network+.
