As a Digital Procurement Team Lead on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. You can communicate the direction of Infineon successfully, translate the strategy into ambitious goals and deliver upon these goals together with your team and with suppliers. You know what excellent digital procurement looks like and are an early adopter of digital solutions yourself. You challenge constructively. You are structured, enjoy developing concepts with global impact and want to bring them to life. In addition to that, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully and make decisions. You are best equipped for those tasks if you: • Define procurement digital strategy • Identify and scale high-value AI use cases • Translate business needs into digital products • Transformation leader and Global Team Lead • Own value delivery and performance measurement • Ensure responsible and secure AI adoption • Manage external partners and technology ecosystem • Build capability and change adoptionAskExplain Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s/MBA (or equivalent) preferred. • 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus. • Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus). • Proven digital mindset with implementation track record in innovative/digital solutions and AI solutions. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
