Overview
1、客户支持与问题闭环：负责云算力平台日常客户咨询与问题处理，包括报错定位、进度跟进与反馈闭环；定期统计分析问题数据，推动优化，提升服务稳定性；
2、需求管理协助：参与客户需求收集、评估、优先级梳理及落地跟进，保障需求有序交付；
3、文档优化与知识沉淀：负责用户文档的持续梳理与更新，完善产品说明与使用指引，提升客户自助服务能力；
4、运营与团队协同：协助完成日常运营、项目协同及相关支撑工作。
