Manager Account Management Your role We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Key Account Manager to join Infineon’s Home Appliance Application team. Based in Qingdao, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our Microcontroller (MCU) and Wireless Connectivity (WiFi/BT&Ble/UWB), Sensors portfolios within leading white goods accounts, You will act as the primary business owner, bridging Infineon’s Edge AI semiconductor solutions with the R&D and procurement strategies of top-tier appliance manufacturers Key responsibilities in your new role • Revenue & Forecasting: Own the P&L for assigned accounts, managing sales targets, quarterly forecasts, and order fulfillment for MCU and Connectivity, Sensors product lines. • Design-Win Leadership: Lead the NPI (New Product Introduction) process by identifying opportunities for Infineon’s Edge AI solution. Drive early-stage design-in activities in collaboration with Field Application Engineers (FAEs). • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Supply Chain, and Executive levels at strategic accounts. Understand customer roadmaps to align Infineon’s offerings with their future product in AI Era cycles. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends (e.g., variable frequency drives, IoT integration, Smart Home and energy efficiency regulations). Provide actionable feedback to Product Line Management. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve supply chain constraints and technical issues. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Electronics , Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. • 5+ years of FAE or Sales experience in the semiconductor industry with a proven track record like MCU or Wireless Connectivity (WiFi/BT), or Sensor sales. • Demonstrated success in managing Top-Tier Home Appliance accounts. Existing relationships with customer R&D are highly advantageous. • Solid understanding of home appliance electronics, specifically in Motor Control (BLDC), Inverter Systems, or IoT Connectivity, and have great interest and enthusiasm for the future edge AI deployment in Home Appliance applications. • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English; ability to interface effectively with global teams • Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
