Job Description: Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Solutions Enable Engineer to join the Applications Engineering team focused on software development. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow. • Deep understanding the workflow of software development for embedded system. • Responsible for embedded software development for Data Center solutions. • Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment. • Closely working with design team to support new silicon features development and validation, define software requirements and specifications. • Implementation and maintaining device drivers and upper layer software stacks for Data center solutions. • Work with validation team to ensure software meets quality standards. • Debugging and troubleshooting software to identify and resolve issues. • Stay updated on industry advancements in embedded software development. • 深入理解嵌入式軟體完整開發流程 • 負責資料中心相關解決方案的嵌入式軟體發展 • 負責嵌入式設備與系統軟體從需求階段到量產、商用交付的全流程設計與開發實現 • 與晶片設計團隊緊密協作，支撐全新晶片功能的開發與驗證，制定軟體需求與技術規範 • 開發並維護資料中心方案對應的設備驅動及上層軟體協定棧 • 配合測試驗證團隊，保障軟體符合各項品質標準 • 開展軟體調試、故障排查，定位並解決各類程式問題 • 持續跟進嵌入式軟體發展領域行業前沿技術與技術趨勢 Required Skills, Experience • Bachelor / MS in Electronics or Computer Engineering with 3 to 8 years’ experience of software development on embedded systems. • Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python development, Knowledge of Verilog is a plus. • Strong understanding of embedded systems, embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS). • Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., USB, SPI, I2C, UART) and device drivers. • Experience in OpenBMC development is a plus. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups. • Must be a sense of responsibility and work actively. • 電子工程 / 電腦工程學士或碩士學歷，擁有3 ~ 8年嵌入式軟體發展相關工作經驗 • 精通 C/C++、Python 開發；掌握 Verilog 語言者優先 • 深入掌握嵌入式系統、嵌入式 Linux 及即時操作系統（RTOS）相關技術 • 熟悉 USB, SPI、I2C、UART 等通用通信協定及設備驅動開發 • 具備 OpenBMC 開發經驗優先 • 工作細緻嚴謹，具備優秀的問題分析與解決能力 • 優秀的中英文書面及口頭溝通能力，可跨多團隊協同工作 • 責任心強，工作積極主動 Additional Information: This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in: Taiwan Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
