Internship - Test Data Analytics

Join our team as a Test Data Analytics Intern and gain hands-on experience transforming complex semiconductor test data into actionable insights. Working closely with engineering and data analytics teams, you will leverage data science, visualization, and emerging AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making and test optimization initiatives.
