As a Project Hook Up Assistant (f/m/div), you will help shape the foundation of our success: strong collaboration, effective communication, and clear structures and processes. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Support the Hook-Up Project Management Team in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day project operations • Coordinate meetings, workshops, alignment sessions, and appointments with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external service providers, including preparation and follow-up activities • Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, status reports, meeting minutes, and management materials, ensuring that all relevant project information remains accurate and up to date • Assist in managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and documenting work progress and project outcomes • Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, invoice processing, SAP data maintenance, as well as coordinating project-related access rights and authorizations • Create reports, analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project management activities, while working closely with the team to identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements Your profile You have a strong talent for organization combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset. You excel at building trusted and lasting relationships quickly and are able to confidently align and balance diverse interests. With your proactive and self-driven approach, you take ownership of topics and move them forward independently, while maintaining a clear overview even in a dynamic project environment and challenging situations. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in an administrative support, project management, or office management role • Strong organizational and coordination skills, combined with a structured, independent, and proactive way of working • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ideally complemented by experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as reporting and presentation preparation • Excellent German (B2) and English language skills, along with a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a customer- and service-oriented mindset #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
