As a Senior Manager Market Intelligence and Strategy in our Business Intelligence and Development team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role within the Sensor and RF business of Infineon • Drive the development and continuous improvement of the Division’s market models in close collaboration with Product Lines and Application Management • Orchestrate the annual strategic planning process at Business Line level, working closely with key stakeholders • Drive market intelligence across products, applications and technologies to identify strategic opportunities and market shifts, translating insights into actionable recommendations for Division leadership • Manage and further develop relationships with external market analysts in line with the Division’s needs • Support strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and maximize profitability • Support the Division’s internal and external reporting activities • Continuously improve market intelligence and strategic planning processes, tools and systems Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • A degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, Technology Management or a related field; an MBA is a plus • At least 6 years of professional experience in market intelligence, corporate strategy or management consulting, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industry • Strong expertise in market and data modelling, with the ability to formulate and test hypotheses and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior management • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and assess complex business topics • In-depth knowledge of market intelligence, strategy and consulting methodologies • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and global organizations, including developing high-quality presentations for senior management • Excellent English and fluent German communication and presentation skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
