Staff Technician Maintenance

Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). • Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. • Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering majors. Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience; semiconductor or precision manufacturing background is preferred. • Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals, proficient in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. • Able to diagnose equipment malfunctions, conduct equipment analysis and propose improvement solutions to enhance equipment availability and yield. • Capable of preparing maintenance records, technical reports and equipment modification documentation, with basic English reading & writing skills. • Strong hands-on and logical problem-solving skills; able to work in cleanroom, comply with SOP and safety rules, and collaborate cross-functionally. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
