What You’ll Do: • Enhance and optimize the Qualcomm open-source linker for embedded platforms. • Collaborate with compiler and runtime teams to deliver a robust, high-performance toolchain. • Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the global developer community. What We’re Looking For: • Strong expertise in linker internals (ELF, relocation, symbol versioning, memory mapping). • Solid understanding of embedded systems constraints (limited memory, performance-critical environments). • Experience with toolchain development (linkers, loaders, compilers). • Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with open-source workflows (Git, CI/CD). Bonus: Knowledge of Hexagon architecture or similar DSP/embedded platforms. Prefer candidates with 8-10 years of experience Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
