Finance Manager, Planning & Control (Seoul, South Korea)

Position Overview MangoBoost ​is ​seeking ​a Finance ​Manager, Planning & Control ​to ​work directly ​with the CFO ​and leadership ​as ​we move ​into ​large, ​capital-intensive AI infrastructure. ​You ​will own how ​we ​plan, ​fund, and control ​that growth ​by ​building the ​budget and ​long-range ​plan internally, as ​well as ​the financial models, project-finance structures, and partner relationships that support scalable initiatives externally. This role requires a rigorous financial modeler with a bias toward action and the ability to turn complex financial and capital decisions into clear recommendations for executives. Responsibilities & Opportunities You will sit at the intersection of FP&A and strategic finance, embedded with the CFO Group and focused on the financial decisions that matter most to the business. This includes but is not limited to: • Own company-wide budgeting and planning by building and maintaining the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan. • Design and manage capital planning and controls for large-scale spending by monitoring burn, runway, and return against plan and building controls that keep execution disciplined. • Build infrastructure financial models for project finance and unit economics, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to support build-vs-partner decisions. • Structure and evaluate JV and project-financing options while developing models and materials to engage financial institutions, lenders, and potential JV partners. • Support future capital raises across equity, debt, and project finance by preparing models, data rooms, and analyses for strategic and financing transactions. • Synthesize financial analysis into concise, actionable recommendations for the leadership team and the company's operating rhythm, including monthly business reviews. Required Qualifications • 4–8 years of total experience across FP&A, strategic or corporate finance, infrastructure or project finance, investment banking, or private equity, or a strong combination of these areas. • Ability to build financial models from scratch, including three-statement, project-finance, and scenario analysis models, with a high bar for the quality of output. • Experience with capital-intensive businesses such as infrastructure, data centers, energy, semiconductors, or hardware, with exposure to project finance and/or JV structuring. • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital allocation, with the ability to operate across U.S. and Korea entities and work with external financial institutions and advisors. • Proactive and self-directed approach with full ownership of outcomes without waiting for direction. • Fluent in English and Korean with professional proficiency required in both languages. • Strong interest in or ability to rapidly learn AI infrastructure and semiconductor technologies.
