工作内容：
1.负责软件设计质量保证计划书；
2.负责研发项目质量保证及测试执行；
3.跨部门沟同协调及测试项目管理；
4. 开发自动测试脚本或工具；
5.设计验正项目管理；
6.协助产品发布。
岗位要求：
1.精通C/C++编程，精通LINUX软件开发，精通算法调优；
2.精通文本数据处理，精通数据结构处理，熟悉Perl，tcl/tk为佳；
3.熟悉数字集成电路开发验证流程，熟悉HDL/HVL语言，了解EDA技术；
4.重点大学计算机科学，微电子，电子信息工程相关专业，博士或者硕士3年以上工作经验，有微电子设计相关软件行业经验优先；
5.有Simulation, Emulation,图分割，STA，海量数据处理，大容量数据库等EDA开发经验优先，可不受学历限制；
6.英语读写熟练，听说表达能力熟练；
7.良好的沟通交流能力，抗压攻坚能力和团队合作精神。
