Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Local support of all topics around Emerging Talent: • Organisation: Supporting the organisation of local student community events, university job fairs, etc. • Event participation: Participating in job fairs, university open days, etc. • Building a community: Supporting the development of Infineon’s student community • Implementation of new programs: Supporting the implementation of new initiatives (e.g. dual study program) • Building connections: Supporting the exploration and implementation of new university partnerships • Recruiting: Supporting the End 2 End student recruiting • Administration: Supporting administrative tasks for local student topics (time sheets, individual problems, translation of knowledge articles, etc.) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Education: Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business administration or similar field (correspondence students are welcomed as well) • Languages: Fluent / advanced Hungarian and English language skills (both spoken and written form) are mandatory • Digital skills: Good command of MS Office tools • Eagerness to grow: Willingness to develop your skills and knowledge in HR • Right attitude: "Can do" mentality • Soft skills: Proactive personality, who is an excellent communicator, open for change and has a flexible mindset that can quickly adapt to new situations and challenges Please attach your CV in English, so we can get to know you bet #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
