工作职责
1.负责深入分析量化后AI模型各层精度损失，并优化以提升量化精度。
2.负责在量化工具中添加对新增算子的支持。
3.负责指导开发量化精度测试工具、完善量化工具。
4.负责深入研究适配边缘端NPU的AI模型量化策略和实现。
任职资格
1.掌握边缘端NPU AI模型IR表示、量化策略、量化精度调优方法的优先。
2.熟悉各种常见AI算子及其原理，熟悉主流AI模型及其结构。
3.了解Pytorch/Caffe/TensorFlow/ONNX/ncnn/tegine等主流AI框架和技术。
4.7年以上C/C++开发经验。
5.硕士以上学历，计算机相关专业。
