As a HR Business Partner on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Partner with business leaders on people and organization matters to support business strategy. • Translate business needs into an HR roadmap and support execution of people initiatives. • Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices and people-related topics. • Coordinate core HR processes for the assigned business area. • Ensure appropriate application, governance and compliance of HR policies, tools and applicable employment legislation. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and the needs of shopfloor/shift-based employees and people managers • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, resolve issues using established solutions, and support HR projects #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
