As a Project Manager Design System on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Manage and control the entire project life cycle for the respective technology platform • Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks • Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies • Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to ensure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality • Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement • Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject • At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) • Experience in project management • Preferably a project management certification like IPMA or PMPA • Good sense for intercultural differences • Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
