Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will: • Administrative Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; Administer HR-related matters (e.g., working time topics, contract management, reference letters) • Process Improvement & Digitalization: Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes • Requirements Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies • Communication & Collaboration: Share and exchange information with all levels of management; Collaborate closely with HR counterparts across multiple locations Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You have a proactive personality and good communication skills, willing to actively support and cooperate with your team members. Besides, you are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge, and you have a strong customer orientation focus. • Education: A degree ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or a similar field • Tools: Good command of Microsoft Office; Affinity towards digital tools • Working Style: You take responsibility and focus on providing a high-quality service to internal customers; You structure your own work within the team and collaborate with all levels of management • Language Skills: Good communication skills in German B1 and English (mandatory) Please apply with your CV in English so we can get to know you better. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
