Senior Customer Quality Manager

Customer Quality Manager Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response. • Manage the critical issues that customer focuses • Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit • Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC • Support the quality improvement activity with customers • Manage customer quality satisfaction Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering • At least 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Customer Quality Management • Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.) • Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test) • It is required to have good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress. • Good spoken / written English is a must. • Quality audit experience is preferred. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
