岗位职责： 1.将 SoC 代码移植到 FPGA 上，实现原型验证； 2.从 FPGA 视角参与 SoC 架构设计，包括 CRG、总线、IO 等； 3.让 SoC 适配多 FPGA 平台：包括分区、互连、IO 约束等； 4.将 ASIC 的高速接口迁移到 FPGA：DDR、PCIe、USB、以太网、显示接口等； 5.负责 FPGA 平台的搭建与维护，并与硬件工程师协作设计 FPGA 子卡； 6.利用 AI 开发 FPGA 相关工具，加速验证/调试； 7.进行功能/IP 模块编码，并保持良好的代码风格； 8.与软件团队协作，明确架构需求； 9.编写模块级和芯片级的设计规格文档（覆盖 SoC 和 FPGA）。 任职要求： 1.熟悉 FPGA 原型验证和 SoC 架构； 2.熟悉 FPGA 平台和 EDA 工具（Vivado 或 Quartus）； 3.熟悉高速接口：DDR、PCIe、USB、以太网、显示接口等； 4.5 年以上 FPGA 和前端设计相关经验； 5.熟悉 SDC 和时序分析，有 SoC 流程经验，并具备基础的软件知识； 6.RTL 设计代码风格良好； 7.具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力（中文和英文），保持开放心态，愿意学习新技能； 8.具备以下优先考虑： -有复杂 SoC FPGA 原型验证经验； -熟悉 Xilinx VU19P 平台。
