岗位职责：
1. 全面负责SoC和IP验证团队的管理工作，制定团队的发展战略和目标，指导团队高效完成各项验证工作;
2. 制定科学合理的团队验证策略和计划，实时跟踪进度，及时调整资源分配，确保验证工作顺利推进，实现芯片端到端零缺陷的TapeOut;
3. 为团队成员提供明确的职业发展方向和成长路径，助力团队成员不断提升专业技能;
4. 针对系统级和IP级的不同特点，制定精准的验证策略、全面的验证方案和高效的验证环境，确保验证工作的高质量完成;
5. 确定验证交付的标准和关键节点，提升验证效率和质量，确保验证结果的准确性和可靠性;
6. 在团队管理的同时，积极支持风险支撑工作，为项目的成功交付提供坚实保障。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、微电子等相关专业；
2.2年以上Linux驱动开发相关工作经验；
3.熟悉Linux设备驱动模型，内核中断机制等内核模块；
4.熟悉ARM/RISC-V芯片架构和规范，了解外设硬件的工作原理；
5.熟悉软件开发流程，有git等版本控制经验；
6.了解开源代码upstream的流程，有Linux kernel代码upstream的经验优先。
