1、根据公司的需求计划，制订切实可行的生产规划，管理物料齐套和生产产能、治具落实情况； 2、统筹协调供应链上下游各环节，监督生产和交付进度，保障产品按时交付； 3、负责生产计划数据的统计、汇总和分析，基于各种情形及时更新和调整生产计划，并与相关环节拉通协调； 4、梳理生产计划相关流程和系统改善项，并协助完成系统和流程体系的建设，提高供应链响应速度和弹性。 1、本科及以上学位，专业不限； 2、5年以上芯片设计公司生产计划管理或同等岗位的工作经验，熟悉芯片设计公司的生产计划运作流程及制造全流程（含晶圆生产，封装，测试等）； 3、熟悉ERP等系统管理软件，具备较强的数据分析和系统流程优化能力； 4、沟通能力强，逻辑思维清晰细致，抗压能力好，自驱力强。
