1. 主导Camera效果优化，参与重大技术问题的技术攻关，提升效果调试水平； 2. 参与Camera效果的竞品分析，并通过竞调分析得出我司产品的优劣势，规划平台未来改进方向； 3. 参与Camera用户体验研究，分析用户需求并分解到具体的技术点，并推进落地； 4. 参与Camera评测标准的制定和维护，调试工具的改进； 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 硕士3年或本科5年以上camera tuning相关工作经验； 3. 掌握图像的基本属性，如饱和度、对比度、动态范围等，掌握图像分析及测评工具; 4. 熟悉任一主流芯片平台ISP图像处理流程和3A算法 5. 熟练使用任一主流芯片平台效果调试工具和方法技巧，可高效完成模组的效果调试； 6. 熟悉品牌客户的主客观测试场景和验收标准； 7. 良好的沟通能力和较强的学习能力，善于思考，勇于尝试，良好的团队协作能力。
