The student, as part of DMS OES OC Operation Autonomus project, develop AgenticAI system to support operation trouble shooting, develop Agent and Skills to integrate with MCP to resolve incident via AI system Develop other automation python scripts Support Site MES operation Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Incident Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze historical Remedy incidents to identify trends, recurring issues, root causes, and opportunities for service and process optimization. • Requirements & Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement skills and APIs that support business objectives and operational excellence. • Automation & Service Management: Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen service management capabilities. • MES Operations Support: Provide support for Opcenter (MES) operations, including incident resolution, system maintenance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and operational stability. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (3rd or 4th year) in Computer Engineering. • Innovation Mindset: Strong interest in research and emerging technologies, with foundational knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI). • Programming Skills: Hands-on experience in Python, C#, and Oracle PL/SQL development. • Communication: Good command of English with effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
