Lab Support Technician (Contract)

If you have hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, networking, and test lab operations, this is an opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a dynamic engineering environment. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Set up and maintain hardware test benches, DUTs, network equipment, attenuators, power supplies, and measurement tools. • Configure Linux and Windows systems, network interfaces, IP addresses, gateways, and services. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and test-environment issues. • Handle the instrument installation and maintenance etc. • Inventory management and movement tracking. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • ITI/Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering • 2+ years of experience supporting hardware or networking test labs. • Good knowledge of Linux administration and Windows environments. • Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, VLANs, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi. • Ability to read logs, analyze packet captures, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. • Experience using SSH, serial consoles, IP, nmcli, iperf, and packet-capture tools. • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
