Internship - Industrial Engineering

The internship, as part of the OEE and area efficiency improvement initiative, will involve machine time element investigations and machine data validation to establish a standardized OEE data validation process and drive continuous improvement. In addition, the internship will include area efficiency analysis aimed at improving the productive area ratio and optimizing overall operational efficiency. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Data Management & Integrity: Collect, clean, and validate raw production and machine telemetry to ensure data reliability for performance analysis. • Performance Analysis: Analyze OEE losses, downtime events, and machine utilization trends to diagnose operational inefficiencies. • Methodology Development: Establish and standardize OEE data verification and reporting processes to enhance data governance and consistency. • Operational Optimization: Evaluate production area efficiency to identify key areas for improvement and implement best practices for operational performance. • Stakeholder Engagement: Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to leadership to support informed operational decisions. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (3rd or 4th year) in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, Lean Automation Engineering, or Tool & Material Engineering, with a strong research-oriented mindset. • Technical Skills: Proficient in creating and modifying 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD. • Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Methodology: Solid foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
