Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of sawing equipment to ensure stable operation. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of sawing equipment to ensure stable operation. • Optimize equipment performance to improve productivity, yield, and equipment uptime. • Support new equipment installation, qualification, and acceptance. • Analyze equipment issues and drive continuous improvement activities. • Develop and maintain equipment SOPs, PM plans, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in sawing equipment experience. • Familiar with semiconductor back-end packaging processes and sawing equipment operation. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
