Test & Qualification Engineer (temporary assignment) The assignment Prepare the Qualification plan Coordinate the execution with the Imec suppliers Be the interface with the supplier, Test House and the customer Create report and presentations to the customer Write the Qualification report Required knowledge and skills Qualification Strategy, Mission profile Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883) Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests) Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis What we offer We offer you an exciting temporary assignment in which you will be part of a community that makes the impossible possible.
