Principal Engineer Final Test

Responsible for execution of test cell roadmap and establishing test handling capability for new packages Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Responsible for execution of test cell roadmap and establishing test handling capability for new packages • Perform equipment benchmarking and sourcing of new equipment • Identify equipment technology gaps and define solutions to close the gaps • Define best-fit test solutions for new packages/products • Drive and develop test handling capability for new packages/products • Define equipment/test technology buyoff and release processes • Drive harmonization of equipment, test technology, and processes across sites • Lead medium to high complexity Test Cell Engineering work packages, including First-Of-A-Kind equipment Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Masters/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent Masters/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering • More than 8years working experience in test handling related function can also be considered Minimum 8 years' experience in Semiconductor Test Handling related function (Ex: Gravity Feed, Pick & Place, Strip Test platform) • Knowledge in AUTOCAD software tool (or equivalent) and well verse in mechanical drawing • Analytical and Problem Solving Skill • Basic Project Management Skill • Statistical data analysis Mechanical, Material, Thermal Simulation Tool is added; advantage Knowledge in Electrical Test Methodology is added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
