岗位职责： 1、参与SoC、微处理器架构与系统方案设计，负责指令集、微架构及模拟器相关设计工作；2、完成数字IC模块结构设计、RTL代码开发，针对芯片功耗、面积、性能开展优化工作；3、负责数字电路综合、时序分析与时序收敛，熟练开展前端流程相关研发工作；4、搭建芯片验证环境，制定验证方案，完成各层级功能验证与后仿工作；5、负责各类设计、验证、架构相关技术文档及报告撰写，配合团队推进项目落地。 任职要求： 1、微电子、集成电路、电子工程、计算机、通信等相关专业硕士及以上学历；2、熟练掌握Verilog/SystemVerilog，熟悉数字IC前端设计、综合、STA时序分析、芯片验证、微架构设计等相关流程；3、了解UVM验证方法学、计算机体系结构、C++语言优先；4、熟练使用DC、VCS、PT等主流EDA工具，具备大规模SoC设计、芯片验证或处理器架构相关项目经验者优先；5、具备良好的技术文档撰写能力、逻辑思维，沟通协作能力良好，能独立排查解决技术问题，适配团队研发工作。 投递简历
