岗位职责： 1.负责制定全芯片的DFT方案；2.完成DFT方案的实施，实现Scan、Boundary Scan和MBIST等测试功能；3.负责DFT相关电路的形式验证及时序约束；4.协助后端完成DFT相关时序收敛，功耗分析，压降分析；5.负责生成pattern，并进行相关验证；6.配合测试工程师完成ATE机台测试诊断。 任职要求： 1.计算机、电子信息工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历；2.5年以上DFT设计经验；3.精通DFT技术和设计流程，熟练使用DFT相关的工具平台；4.熟悉脚本语言开发：Makefile/Tcl/Perl/Python等；5.熟悉向量优化、机台调试、良率分析等；6.具备良好的文档写作和团队协作能力。 投递简历
