1、熟悉和理解公司研发项目情况，协助业务部门做好项目规划，跟踪和报告重点项目进度； 2、负责完善研发项目预算模型、投入基线等，推动业务部门编制年度项目预算，参与评审项目预算； 3、负责研发项目预算管控、分析和考核，推动业务部门达成项目降本节费目标； 4、负责完善研发项目财务数据库，编制项目全周期、年度等多维度财务分析报表； 5、负责完善研发项目全周期ROI测算模型，协助财务BP输出项目全周期各评审点的财务测算报告，支持项目投资决策。 1、全日制本科及以上学历，硕士优先，财务、会计或统计、数学、计算机相关专业； 2、3年以上相关工作经验，有电子/半导体/通信行业经验优先，有大型事务所或企业工作经验优先； 3、熟练掌握Excel，较强的数据分析能力和建模能力； 4、较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力，善于团队协作推动事情解决，善于在实践中学习和成长； 5、良好的职业素养，勤勉务实，责任感强。
