As a Senior Manager Digital Manufacturing on our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Lead, coach and further develop the WIP-Flow-Management Team (WFM) Define and implement advanced scheduling solutions for Front end Manufacturing and drive their deployment across the FE sites • Provide long-term & short-term fab-simulation framework incl use-case / scenario assessments • Support the Frontend “Apollo”-initiative for BIZ process automation & digitalization Act as Project Manager for key personnel efficiency improvement in the Kulim Frontend • Drive continuous improvement e.g. by automation of processes, models, and tools to foster data-driven decision-making Ensure the sustaining of existing solutions Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability towork effectively in a team environment. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
