Staff Application Engineer

• Develop expert level understanding of digital IP applications in the fields of artificial intelligence, computer vision, video processing, imaging, and computer graphics. • Collaborate internally and externally with R&D developers and customers to define new product features and specification based on in-depth understanding of customer or market requirements. . • Engage with customer in technical evaluation or customer project, capture product deficiency or problems to be solved, understand the unique goals of each project, make careful assessment, and managing the engagement progress. • Perform technical training, presentation, and demo to customers, events, sales, and engineers. • Develop applications as needed to improve existing software, provide solution and technical support on-site. • Maintain good customer relationship, support and resolve their issues, identify needs and new opportunities.
