As a Senior Quality Manager in our Quality & Excellence team uncover the root causes behind every single error, drive transformational improvements, and implement forward-thinking solutions to ensure our products exceed the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Utilize expert knowledge of AEC-Q100 standards to plan and execute effective and efficient automotive product qualification activities. • Drive risk assessments and support decision-making related to risk acceptance and release. • Utilize quality reporting to identify and implement targeted measures required to achieve quality objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards. • Collaborate closely with development teams and production sites worldwide. • Support the fulfillment of ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements for customers. • Manage information and documentation related to product quality, including customer quality inquiries and qualification documents through Sales and Marketing channels. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mechatronics, Material Science, or a related discipline. • More than 8 years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor and/or automotive quality-related roles. • Strong expertise in automotive quality culture and the zero-defect approach. • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, standards, processes, and methodologies, supported by semiconductor industry expertise. • Thorough understanding of requirements management. • Demonstrated willingness to set ambitious goals, take calculated risks, and manage risks proactively. • Excellent proficiency in English communication. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
