Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Lead performance deliverables mainly Quality, Productivity and Speed which ultimately contribute to department and Melaka site targets Maintenance • Lead Test and Test Scan Pack technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively • Ensure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production which will impacted the OEE and delivery • Manage Test equipment maintenance systematic/Release T32, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost • Support improvement project related to quality, yield and OEE • Drive a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions • Minimize PDP lot on hold establish and/or modify setup, conversion and troubleshooting guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime • Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns • Train the technical team in define competency model and follow through on the technical level certification • Coordinate all Safety, Health and Environment activities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred • Knowledge of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting methodologies • Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, or similar methodologies • Comfort communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English is important for working with the team and stakeholders #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
