Senior GPU Hardware Designer / GPU Digital Designer

We are looking for talented Digital IC Design Engineers to join our next-generation GPU IP development team. This position will be responsible for GPU microarchitecture design, RTL implementation, design optimization, and functional verification support, covering the development cycle from architecture definition to silicon integration. Key responsibilities include: Design and implement GPU hardware modules, including microarchitecture design, RTL coding, functional integration, and design optimization. Develop hardware solutions based on GPU architecture and specifications while optimizing Performance, Power, and Area (PPA). Perform design debugging, performance bottleneck analysis, and root cause analysis for complex hardware issues. Work closely with the Design Verification (DV) team on verification planning, functional verification, coverage closure, and design issue debugging.
